Complain Process

Complaint process have been categorised into four steps:

    1. Come physically to SERVICOM office to lodge complain.
    2. Make a phone call to SERVICOM-ATBU on +234 802 354 3186 OR +234 701 452 3027
    3. Send an e-mail to   info@servicom.atbu.edu.ng   OR servicomatbu2015@gmail.com
    4.   Lodge complain with any member of the SERVICOM-ATBU team
    5.   Send your complain using the form below

Other suggestions/complaints avenues are also available at following locations:

  1. At the entrance of the Senate building.
  2. At the entrance of faculty buildings and lecture theatres.
  3. SERVICOM faculty representatives.
  4. SERVICOM Marshals
  5. Any Member Students’ SERVICOM Brigade
  6. SERVICOM Liaison office, Abuja.

All complaints should contain the following information:

  • Complaint as subject.
  • Your full name.
  • Name of Service window (Department) where fault occurred.
  • Name of Service provider at fault.
  • Reference number from the SERVICOM Office
  • Your contact phone number or e-mail address
